DocPort (“the Extension”) is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, document contents, or browsing data.
All text extraction and processing are performed entirely locally on your device within your browser.
The Extension does not use Google OAuth, nor does it connect to the Google Drive API. It does not have access to your Google account or your Google Drive files outside of the specific document page you are actively viewing and interacting with.
The Extension may utilize your browser’s local storage (e.g., chrome.storage.local) solely to save your user preferences. This data never leaves your device.
We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services. Your activity remains completely private and is not monitored by us or any external parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised “Effective Date”.
If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy or the extension’s data practices, please contact the developer.
